The Lithuanian Jewish community was destroyed in the Holocaust: over 220,000 Jews, more than 95% of the population, were murdered. A key player in the massacre was Lithuanian nationalist Jonas Noreika, who is today revered as a national hero, and protected by the contemporary government's official policy and the infamous Lithuanian Genocide and Resistance Research Centre often described as the 'holocaust lie factory of the Lithuanian government'.

In this galvanizing documentary, the fate of Lithuanian Jews is told through the stories of Grant Gochin, whose family was murdered by Noreika; and Silvia Foti, a brave Lithuanian woman, whose grandfather was Jonas Noreika. She has gone against her family, her country and her people to tell the truth. Together, the two push against Lithuania's systemic Holocaust denial in an attempt to bring justice to victims and the truth to account.

Q&A following the screening with filmmaker Michael Kretzmer and subjects of the film Grant Gochin and Silvia Foti, moderated by the Director of the Museum of Tolerance, Liebe Geft.
