Museum Hours 
Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday CLOSED
Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

   

Last ticket is sold at approximately 1:00pm Monday-Thursday and 3:00 pm on Sunday.

When planning your visit, please note that each of the three main exhibits takes approximately 1½ hours.

The MOT will be closed on the following holidays:

  • Wednesday, April 24th - Passover

 Safety Measures and Protocols:

While not required, guests can wear face masks in the building if they choose, and we will continue to offer free masks for visitors who request them. High-touch surfaces such as door handles and handrails are cleaned regularly.

Baggage and Parcel Check

All bags and parcels are subject to search by Museum Security Staff.

Any item may be prohibited including:

  • Weapons: (e.g. guns, firearms, ammunition)
               ALL Firearms Prohibited including those with a Concealed Weapons Permit
  • Alcohol and illegal drugs
  • Paints/chemical/flammable substances: (e.g. pepper spray)
  • Cutting/striking tools or tool parts (e.g. knives, scissors)
  • Drones and photo/videography equipment
  • Pets or other animals (Service Dogs are allowed)
  • Gum, food and beverages are not allowed in the exhibit areas

Parking Information and Directions 

The Museum of Tolerance is located at 9786 West Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035.

Go Metro: Take the Metro 14 to Beverwil Drive and W. Pico Boulevard and walk 2 blocks west on Pico Boulevard. Plan your best route using the Trip Planner

Big Blue Bus: If you have access to the Santa Monica Big Blue Bus system, ride the Big Blue 7 on Pico Boulevard to the corner of Pico and Roxbury Drive.

If you are traveling by car, the Museum offers free underground parking for visitors.
