Celebrating Individuals with Special Needs

On View on the Second Floor through December 18th, 2015

This collection of portraits by world renowned photographer, Davis Factor, captures the essence of individuals with disabilities. They are all residents of Etta Homes in Los Angeles, an organization that gives independence and hope to people with special needs. The images honor each individual and unique personality as revealed by Davis' vision to "see" each person as they truly are, and are accompanied by a personal statement of thankfulness.

At the Museum of Tolerance, all people, no matter how differently abled, are appreciated for who they are and what they give. The expressions of thanks by the people photographed for this exhibition lead the conversation around blessings and thankfulness at the MOT at this time of year.

Included with admission.
