Simon Wiesenthal's Vienna office including original documents, artifacts, furniture and books is one of the newest additions to the Museum of Tolerance's permanent exhibit space. This new multimedia exhibit was made possible by a gift of Alan and Susan Casden.
"WITNESS TO TRUTH" - A Tribute To Our Holocaust Survivors
On Monday, September 19th, the SWC/MOT honored our Holocaust Survivors with the opening of its newest exhibit, "Witness to Truth." Recognized, were those volunteers who have made exceptional contributions of their time to both the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the Museum of Tolerance.
For over three decades, Holocaust survivors have volunteered their time at the Simon Wiesenthal Center and its Museum of Tolerance to speak to thousands of their painful experiences during World War II. These survivors have been the most effective ambassadors of memory, hope and tolerance for our Museum and their dedication and courage stand as testament to the vibrancy and tenacity of Jewish life.
In their honor, the MOT commissioned Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Marissa Roth to photograph each of these extraordinary people.
These portraits are proudly presented as a permanent exhibit at The Museum of Tolerance
