A24 and the Museum of Tolerance invite you and a guest to a special pre-release screening of

MENASHE

Tuesday, July 25, 2017 7:00pm
at the Museum of Tolerance

Q&A with filmmakers Joshua Z Weinstein and Chris Columbus following the screening

Set within the New York Hasidic community in Borough Park, Brooklyn, Menashe follows a kind but hapless grocery store clerk trying to maintain custody of his son Rieven after his wife, Lea, passes away. Based largely on the real life of its Hasidic star Menashe Lustig, and shot entirely within the Hasidic community depicted in the film, Menasheis a warm, life-affirming look at the universal bonds between father and son and an authentic, moving portrait of family and community.

MENASHE opens at the Laemmle Royal Theater on July 28th.
