Family Sunday at the MOT!

Bring your family and join us for an afternoon of inspiring and educational programs! 

All events and programs listed below are included with your admission, Summer Pass, or membership.

Family STEPS to Tolerance Program (1:00 pm - 3:00 pm). Participate in an age-appropriate introduction to Holocaust history, with hands-on artifacts discovery and a bullying prevention workshop with your children (recommended 9 - 13 years). They will be inspired by the testimony of a Holocaust Survivor, who was a child during the Holocaust.
STEPS to Tolerance requires advance registration – purchase your ticket and reserve your space by calling 310.772.2505.

Public Tours of the TolerancenterTM offered at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm (first come, first served - age appropriate for 11+).

Spanish language tour of “Finding Our Families, Finding Ourselves” exhibit at 1:00pm (age appropriate for all).

Arts and Crafts (12:00pm – 4:00pm). Learn how to make a paper origami crane! Draw a self-portrait!

Storytime (12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm). MOTivating Teen Volunteers will read selected books on themes of tolerance.
