Olweus Bullying Prevention Program

Trainer Certification Course (TCC)

February 25-27, 2014

Is your school addressing bullying behaviors through effective, research-based strategies?

Is your school in compliance with California bullying legislative directives from AB 9, AB 1156 and others?

You have a unique opportunity to have your own Olweus Bullying Prevention Program (OBPP) Trainer/Consultant in your community. The OBPP Trainer Certification Course (TCC) provides someone with all the tools and materials needed to train and consult with your schools, after-school programs and community youth organizations for Olweus Program implementation.  This training also provides the latest bullying research, legal issues, and training tools for parent and community education.

At the  Museum of Tolerance, this unique Olweus Trainer Certification Course includes 3 full training days in year one (at the Museum of Tolerance), 2 full training days one year later, in addition to regular ongoing one-on-one consultative services from nationally trained Olweus Technical Assistance Consultants.

Who should come or whom should I send?

A person who is interested in training on this topic, has experience in training others, and is willing to provide on-going support to schools and community organizations.
