The Museum of Tolerance received a generous $10,000 grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s America Healing Initiative, a $75 million effort to tackle structural racism and promote racial healing. The funds were awarded to further the Museum’s work in addressing issues of racism and prejudice through programs such as the SHADES, Service Learning, and Tools for Tolerance® for Teens‐ programs that enable participants to examine causes of inequities in order to challenge them as well as plan and implement solutions to the problems as they see them. This grant for the Museum of Tolerance is one of 119 awarded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation to support racial equity and healing in the United States.
