Family Sunday - Give the Gift of Play

Sunday, December 6, 2009, 12:00pm-4:00pm

“ PLAY is a means of learning to live, not a mere passing of time.” – The International Play Association

Celebrate the holidays at our newest special exhibition, The Power to Play: From Trash to Treasure, featuring toys handcrafted by children in Africa, Asia, and the Americas, made from recycled and other locally available materials.

Over 100 toys are on display, on loan from ChildFund International.
Make the holidays a time of fun and excitement for many more children by participating in the Holiday Toy Drive at the Museum of Tolerance.
